A rich, complex Italian red with real personality. Founded in 1998, Cantine Ermes is a leading Sicilian wine cooperative from the Valle del Belìce in Trapani. Created by local growers from Santa Ninfa and Gibellina, it was established to rebuild the region after the 1968 earthquake and to strengthen the local winegrowing community. Aromas of ripe black cherry and red plum, with a touch of savoury herbs and spice. Medium to full-bodied and earthy with velvety tannins, juicy fruit, and fresh acidity. Expressive yet refined, ideal with grilled meats or rich pasta.
