Made from Gamay, a variety more commonly associated with Beaujolais, this Loire red is medium-bodied and bursting with vibrant red fruit, fresh acidity, and subtle spice. It had an initial maceration using heat to help extract additional colour and aromatics before being fermented at cool temperatures with wood chips to add complexity. Versatile and food-friendy, serve alongside grilled meats, charcuterie, light pasta, or a fresh Caprese salad.
