Bertani 'Legacy' Soave DOC 2022
The Bertani family hail from the small region of Quinto di Valpantena, close to Verona, in Italy. Having learnt from the best winemakers in France, brothers Giovan and Gaetano wanted to bring the techniques they'd learnt to Italy and put their own stamp on a wine. So, in 1857, they they did just that. Fresh and aromatic, this wine has floral notes of elderflower and cherry blossom, layered with apricot, pear, and a touch of almond on the finish. Enjoy with everything from light appetisers to fish and white meat.
