With a plethora of grape varieties suiting the climate, the region is home to the most experimental winemaking in France. Jean-Claude is a fifth generation winegrower. His expertise in combining tradition with innovation saw Wine Enthusiast crown Domaine Paul Mas the European Winery of the Year 2020. This aromatic Grenache-based wine shows off his skill in blending. It has intensely fresh floral and stone-fruit aromas, with flavours of citrus and white peach, plus a touch of spice on the finish that will complement light curried dishes.
