Le Petit French Wine Pinot Noir, Vin de France
Winemaker Thomas Nollet brings old world and new world together, after returning from the Napa Valley to produce wine in his native Loire Valley. The grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe, then fermented using carefully selected yeasts to enhance the red fruit aromatics. With a bright cherry colour, this is a well-balanced wine with notes of red berry fruits and fresh, soft tannins. A great match for grilled meats, tomato-based pizzas, charcuterie, or cheeses.
