AOP Saumur Rouge Château de la Durandière "Cuvée Grand Moreau"
A fruit-driven Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, with flavours of ripe blackberry, redcurrant, and floral notes with supple tannins. Inclusion of some whole bunches adds aromatic lift and finesse, while a long 21–28-day alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins helps to gently extract both colour and tannin. Aged for 12 months in small concrete and stainless-steel vats, it’s smooth, generous, and vibrant. Enjoy with roast meats, grilled vegetables, or hearty stews.
