Graham Beck has been synonymous with quality South African fizz since 1991. They've won plenty of awards by producing some of the country’s best traditional method sparkling wines – known locally as ‘Methode Cap Classique’. These wines have even been sipped by the likes of Nelson Mandela and Barack Obama. This one is made from Chardonnay grapes hand-picked at night to preserve freshness. Expect aromas of lime, green apple and pear. The flavours of citrus, brioche and gentle spice lead to a long finish.
