Fontal Tinto Organic, Spain, 2022
This full-bodied Tempranillo and Syrah blend was produced from exclusively selected parcels on the 600ha estate in Uclés (Castile, Spain). The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically farmed, with no use of pesticides and minimal treatments. Aged in American oak for just four to six months, the wine is delicately spiced, with rich, bold black fruits and Mediterranean herbs. Delicious with grilled meats and mature hard cheeses.
