Wera Joker 6004 VDE Insulated Self Setting Adjustable Spanner 225mm
The Wera 6004 Joker VDE L is the largest variant in the range at 226mm in length, covering metric sizes 16–19mm and imperial sizes 5/8–3/4". The additional length provides greater leverage when working with larger fasteners, making it the preferred choice for heavier electrical installation tasks and larger-scale maintenance applications. Individually tested to IEC 60900 at 10,000 V and approved for safe working at up to 1,000 V, this spanner is fully equipped for use in live electrical environments. The self-setting jaw mechanism grips hex fasteners automatically across the full jaw range in both metric and imperial sizes, and the integrated lever mechanism locks securely to prevent slippage and protect fastener heads from damage. Despite its larger size, the 30° return angle enabled by the corner-width prisms helps maintain usability even in tighter areas, and the mechanical ratchet keeps workflow fast and efficient without needing to reposition the tool. The 2-component insulated handle delivers a comfortable, anti-slip grip, while the sliding function ensures contactless, safe opening of the non-insulated jaws.
